Mohammed VI has also called for the construction of the Maghreb Union as a strategic choice by the Constitution and work for the birth of a new Maghreb order that transcends all sources of disagreement, strengthening relations between Morocco and all other states in the, North African and sub-Saharan Africa.
The road map also speaks of the role that the kingdom has to play in creating the foundations of a united and integrated Arabic Order also in support of Arab and Islamic causes, in particular, the cause of the Palestinian people; in addition to this also serves the writing of privileged relations with the states of the Gulf Cooperation Council.

Recalling the Morocco-US bilateral relations, Mohammed VI called on diplomats to the consolidation of the strategic partnership, in favor of the historic ties of friendship and fruitful cooperation between the two countries; also urged the ambassadors to strengthen relations with other countries in the developing, with which Morocco has managed to open up new perspectives, as in the case of the countries of the Caribbean and Oceania, or to encourage these new foreign policy actors to get in touch with Morocco.
Finally, the king asked his ambassadors abroad the defense of the legal and social achievements reached at home, as well as invited them to improve the quality of services offered in the consulates and embassies abroad.
